Pop legend Madonna is celebrating one of her most memorable musical eras with the announcement of “Bedtime Stories – The Untold Chapter,” a new reissue honoring the 30th anniversary of her 1994 album. The project, set to release on November 28, 2025, revisits the softer, soulful side of Madonna that followed her bold and controversial Erotica phase.

A Fresh Look at a Classic Album
This new edition is more than just a remastered album. It’s a collection of eight rare tracks, early demo recordings, and alternate versions that reveal how Madonna shaped the sound and emotion of Bedtime Stories. The EP includes special remixes such as “Survival (Quiet Storm Demo Remix),” “Secret (Allstar New Single Mix),” and “Human Nature (Howie Tee New Clean Edit),” each highlighting the singer’s R&B-inspired creativity during the mid-1990s.
Behind the Music
Madonna teamed up with longtime producer Stuart Price, the mastermind behind Confessions on a Dance Floor, to curate and mix the new tracks. Together, they crafted what Madonna describes as a “cohesive new chapter” that bridges her past and present artistry.
The reissue will be available on black vinyl, digital platforms, and as a deluxe two-CD edition featuring both the original album and the new EP. Fans will also receive a 20-page booklet filled with never-before-seen photos by Paolo Roversi, taken during the original 1994 photoshoot for the single “Bedtime Story.”
Remembering the Original Impact
When it first arrived in 1994, Bedtime Stories marked a turning point for Madonna. Moving away from controversy, she embraced a more introspective and romantic tone. The album delivered major hits like “Secret,” which climbed to No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100, and “Take a Bow,” which held the No. 1 spot for seven weeks — the longest of her career.

Now, three decades later, the new edition gives both longtime fans and younger listeners a chance to experience the evolution of her music in a modern format.
Madonna’s New Era
The reissue comes as Madonna continues a creative comeback. Earlier this year, she released Veronica Electronica, a remix project tied to her Ray of Light era. She’s also reunited with Warner Records to produce a new studio album, expected in 2026, once again collaborating with Stuart Price.
