Jane Skinner is the daughter of Samuel K. Skinner, a former U.S. Secretary of Transportation and White House Chief of Staff under President George H. W. Bush. She grew up immersed in politics and sports, attending Chicago Bears games with her family despite being one of the few girls at Soldier Field.
